50 YEARS OF ROASTING

Since 1970, the Genovese family has been bringing traditional Italian-style coffee roasting to Melbourne, including specialty blends and a coffee house nestled in Sydney’s industrial Alexandria district. Over the years, we’ve partnered with Genovese to capture their evolving story through multiple photography and videography projects. To celebrate Genovese's recent 50th Anniversary, we captured intimate behind the scenes content of family reunions, limited-edition merch and everyday life in the roastery. Via hearty imagery and in-situ documentation, Genovese showcased their legacy digitally, and rebranding to set the tone for another strong 50 years ahead.
